Masters in Optometry with Ocular Therapeutics / Bachelor of Health Sciences / Master of Orthoptics, Bachelor of Vision Science
Ebru completed Bachelor of Health Sciences/ Master of Orthoptics in 2016 and Bachelor of Vision Science and Master of Optometry with ocular therapeutics in 2020. Ebru has worked at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne as a paediatric Orthoptist since 2017. Her career to date has seen her work with various ophthalmologists with sub-specialties in paediatrics, oculoplastic, glaucoma and retinal disease. In addition, Ebru has worked in several private optometry clinics where she has assessed children in different age groups. Her main area of interest is children’s vision, more particularly myopia, strabismus and amblyopia management.
Masters in Optometry with Ocular Therapeutics / Bachelor of Vision Science
Alisha completed her Masters degree in Optometry with ocular therapeutics in 2020 from Deakin University, Melbourne. Since then, she has had extensive experience working in corporate optometry in several rural locations including Whyalla and Mount Barker in South Australia where she has managed both the day to day routine eye testing and took care of patients with more complex eye conditions. Alisha has since worked across various optometrist clinics in rural and metro locations. She has a strong interest in myopia control management as well as diabetes and glaucoma management.
